"Zafferano 3 Cuochi"

A cupcake is a small cake designed to serve one person, frequently baked in a small, thin paper or aluminum cup.

The parfait is a dessert served well chilled, typically consisting of a frozen mousse obtained by mixing the meringue, cream and fruit pulp, vanilla, chocolate or many other flavors.

In order to do a perfect decoration, try to place slices of bananas and little strawberries in the dish, creating a semicircle shape around the dessert.

"Zafferano dell’Elba"

The tiramisu is a typical italian dessert. It is a creamy dessert made with ladyfingers soaked in coffee, mascarpone cheese and eggs.

It is characterized by the intense and delicate flavor, and to prepare it in the original recipe you need the following ingredients: ladyfingers biscuits, egg yolks, sugar, coffee, mascarpone cheese and cocoa powder.

In the original recipe is not expected liquor, because the cake in its origin was for all, both children and the elderly.

The original shape of the cake is round although the shape of the sponge promotes the use of rectangular or square of the pan.

"Zafferano di Pozzolengo"

The meringue (or spumiglia) is a sweet preparation made of egg whites of eggs and powdered sugar. Typical of Italian cuisine, that of Menorca and French.

The meringue, light and crumbly, it is used in various sweet preparations.

It is often cooked in the ordinary form of tufts and then is coupled back to back, with whipped cream or chocolate in paper cups and cutlery.

Although it is usually white, the meringue may be variously colored to create color contrasts with other ingredients of the cake.

"Zafferano della Campania"

Limoncello is an Italian lemon liquer mainly produced in Souther Italy, especially in the region around the Gulf of Naples, the Sorrentine Peninsula and the coast of Amalfi and islands of Procida, Ischia and Capri.

I want to show you two different ways of decoration too.

The first is realized with some white roses placed in the right side of the dessert, that give elegance and romance to all the dish.

And the second is made using some little cookies which we know very well..YES! These are macarons , of course made with saffron.

"Zafferano della Turchia"

Turkish delight or Lokum is a family of confections based on a gel of starch and sugar. Premium varieties consist largely of chopped dates, pistachios and hazelnuts or walnuts bound by the gel: the cheapest are mostly gel, generally flavored with rosewater, mastic or lemon.

This dessert was accented with yogurt mousse, honey gelee, orange-caramel sauce and caramelized pine nuts.

"Zafferano di Tunisi"

Here you are a fresh recipe to make in summer, given that melon is a typical summer fruit.

Talking about decoration we can observe the perfect armony between the colors and the use of a little glass in order to make it more elegant and chic.

"Zafferano del Wachau"

The Sachertorte is a chocolate cake invented by Franz Sacher for Klemens von Metternich on July 9 in 1832 in Vienna.

The cake consists of two layers of light chocolate paste with the middle a thin layer of apricot jam. The whole is covered with a layer of dark chocolate frosting.
